Immerse yourself in the flowing, meditative movements of Tai Chi Chaun, an ancient Chinese art that promotes flexibility, coordination, strength, and balance. No prior experience is necessary—this session is for everyone!
Our instructor, a member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, will guide you through the basics in a welcoming and supportive environment. It's the perfect way to nourish both your body and mind while meeting new people.
