Join us for this breathwork and meditation series, led by Lucy Feld.
Lucy is a passionate breathwork and meditation teacher based in London, dedicated to helping people connect with their breath in a way that feels right for them. She creates a welcoming space, guiding class participants through carefully sequenced, breath-centred practices. With a teaching style that is both thoughtful and inclusive, Lucy aims to help practitioners cultivate deep presence and ease. She is committed to dispelling the notion that you need to sit a certain way or be a particular type of person to benefit from meditation and breathwork, believing that everyone can experience positive change by simply taking a few moments each day to be present with their breath.
14 January: Grounding Ourselves in the New Year
January brings the holiday season and New Year—a time of warmth and joy for many, but for others, it can feel overwhelming with numerous family events and the pressure of reflecting on the past year and the future. We’re leaving future planning and goal setting at the door as this class is designed to keep you grounded in the present moment, helping you focus on your body and making it easier to stay centred, keeping intrusive thoughts and worries at bay.
12 February: Taking 5 in the Office
This session is designed to help equip you with breathing techniques and tools to help quickly calm your nervous system that can be done in just 5 minutes at your desk or in a private place in your office. In this class, we will learn a series of effective breathing exercises for when you're feeling overwhelmed from your to-do lists, having to navigate tricky colleagues or simply just need a bit of a time out during your busy day.
5 March: Sleep Easy
This breathwork class is designed to help calm your mind and prepare your body for a restful sleep. In today’s fast-paced world, difficulty sleeping can arise from excessive screen time before bed, worries about daily life and an overstimulated mind. Through guided breathing techniques, this class will help quiet the mental chatter, release tension and create a peaceful state that makes it easier to drift into a deep, rejuvenating sleep.
29 April: Self Compassion
Take this time to do something for you! It’s common to get bogged down with people’s criticism and opinions of us, which can lead to us questioning our self-worth. If we make a mistake and feel embarrassed, the mind might react with, “Ugh, I’m stupid,” or “I’m not good enough.” This negative self-talk can be crushing if we buy into it. This session is designed to cultivate self-compassion and address our inner critic through a variety of breathing techniques and meditations. This will help create space to foster kindness, empathy and openness both towards ourselves and those around us.
