Michal Oshman is a TikTok exec whose new book What Would You Do If You Weren't Afraid? takes you on a journey of self discovery to identify what makes you you, what you were born to do and how to do it. Her self-development tools are based on the life-changing principles of Jewish wisdom. She draws on a wide range of Chassidut (Jewish teachings) to offer practical advice for approaching life.  

Tracy-Ann Oberman is a stage, screen and theatre actor, playwright and activist.

Michal Oshman

Michal Oshman is Head of Company Culture, Diversity and Inclusion at TikTok Europe and was formerly responsible for international leadership and team development at Facebook. Throughout her career, Michal has trained and coached hundreds of tech leaders. She served as an officer in the Israeli Defence Forces and has three university degrees in psychodynamic and systemic thinking, sociology and anthropology. Michal lives with her husband and their four children in London, UK. What Would You Do If You Weren’t Afraid? is her first book. 

Tracy-Ann Oberman

Tracy-Ann Oberman’s theatre credits include Golda to Omid Djalili’s Tevye in Fiddler on The Roof in Chichester; alongside Kenneth Branagh at the National Theatre in David Mamet’s Edmond. She was part of the Pinter at the Pinter award-winning season in London’s West End. Next year she will be appear as Shylock in a production of Merchant of Venice set against the backdrop of the Battle of Cable Street. 

For radio, she wrote and starred alongside Catherine Tate in her BBC Radio 4 play Bette and Joan and Baby Jane and wrote Rock and Doris and Elizabeth. In 2015 she wrote and starred in the third part of her Hollywood Trilogy for BBC Radio 4, Mrs. Robinson, I Presume. Her play, That Dinner of ’67, based on the making of the film Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, was broadcast to a mass audience on New Year’s Day of last year. 

Her TV credits include Friday Night Dinner, Toast of London, Doctor Who, EastEnders and Tracey Ullman’s Show. She is about to appear in four part BBC drama Ridley Road inspired by the ‘62 Group who stood up against rising Neo-Nazism in post-war Britain. She has also finished filming opposite Sanjeev Bhaskar and David Walliams in TV comedy, Sandylands.
