A six-week course exploring what the news from Israel teaches us each week about the desires that animate the many conflicts and struggles of modern Israel.
As the topics of this course will be determined by the news of the day, it could be about an election in Israel, a war, vaccines, tensions between secular, Arab, national-religious and Haredi Israelis or all of the above at the same time. If you are a person that likes to know the stories behind the news and appreciates high-level conversation with people that are similarly engaged in the unfolding story of the Zionist project, this course is for you.
The course will be taught by the popular, knowledgable Plus61J Israel Correspondent Ittay Flescher who is a Journalist and Educator based in Jerusalem.
