Mika Hadar

Mika Hadar is an artist and a Mind-Body-Spirit teacher specialising in  meditative techniques. Mika investigated in depth the effects of meditative techniques, breath and body alignments on our states of mind and well-being. Mika teaches in London and internationally.

Recent studies have highlighted how our breathing patterns can significantly affect our ability to fall asleep and maintain restful sleep throughout the night. Shallow or irregular breathing can lead to sleep disturbances, while deep, rhythmic breathing can promote relaxation and ensure a more restful night.
Incorporating breathing exercises into our nightly routine might be beneficial. Techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing or mindfulness meditation can help calm the mind and body, making it easier to transition into sleep.
