In this three week course we will explore both Biblical and Rabbinic texts relating to sexuality.

We will examine what the halakha (Jewish Law) teaches about sex and what ethics we are supposed to draw from the text. We will examine modern and traditional Rabbinic texts, many of which are ahead of their times, discussing things like consent and reciprocity. We will also discuss key questions such as, “why did I never learn this?,” “who does this apply to?,” and “should I teach this to my kids?” /
