Join us in conversation with food writer Linda Dangoor as she launches her second cookbook, From the Tigris to the Thames.  

The book is a tapestry, part memoir and part cookbook, where she interweaves recipes with personal reflections on the idea of home and belonging.  

There will be an interview, a short Q&A session and a book signing whilst enjoying tasters from the book.

Linda Dangoor was born in Baghdad, Iraq. She’s a designer, painter and ceramicist, and now also a food writer. She has worked in the design field for many years creating products for the gift market in Paris in London. 

Linda is the author of two cookbooks. The first one, Flavours of Babylon is an exploration and a celebration of the flavours and recipes of her Baghdadi heritage. Her second book. From the Tigris to the Thames recounts leaving her Baghdadi home and her journey living in various countries and discovering their various dishes.
