Dear Friends,
As you will now know, due to the latest UK Government advice we have sadly had to temporarily close JW3 to the public. The safety of our visitors, members, volunteers, staff, teachers, presenters and performers will always come first.
The good news is that staying closed doesn’t mean that we’re going to stop doing what we do best. We’re just going to have to flex our creative muscles a bit further and get even more imaginative than usual.
We’ve never been the type of people to just sit around and let the grass grow under our feet, and we feel it is more important than ever to keep offering high-quality Jewish arts, culture, learning and life to keep people engaged, inspired and entertained. So, we have been working furiously over the past few weeks to upload some of our excellent archive of recorded content for you to enjoy at home (or in whatever self-isolation pod you currently find yourself). You can find all that goodness in our new platform for content from all around the Jewish community, JewishOnline. There's also live events, Zoom meetings, remote services and a lot more live content to help you stay home and protect the NHS.
And whilst you’re watching from the comfort of your home in front a large glass of Chateau de Whatever-you-managed-to-buy-before-the-supermarket-ran-out, the team at JW3 are busting a gut to turn as much of our forthcoming programme into an online programme, streaming daily content over the digital airways to keep you, your family, and everyone in self-isolation happy.
