Two nights before the Lord’s Test, Daniel Lightman returns by popular demand to regale us with the best of Jewish cricketing stories.
Daniel will be joined by speakers including former England captain Mike Brearley OBE, and Roland Butcher, the first black cricketer to play for England.
Daniel has co-curated the current (and first ever) exhibition at the MCC Museum on Jews and Cricket, and his articles in Wisden, The Cricketer and Nightwatchman have revealed previously unknown stories of the lives of Jewish (and Jew-ish) cricketers.
