The course offers a structured, supportive environment that will help you stay committed to your creative path. Through weekly sessions, you’ll be guided with hands-on exercises, share experiences with like-minded individuals, and learn how to break through self-doubt, fear of failure, and other creative obstacles.
Students will need to bring a copy of the book, The Artists' Way, to class.
Miki Shaw is an award-winning artist, designer, and educator. With a background in computing and animation, she began her career in educational research and game development before transitioning into the arts. Miki specializes in graphic design for educational and non-profit sectors in the Jewish community and beyond. She also creates graphic narratives and performs live visuals for concerts, music festivals, and eco-education events. With years of experience as a creative facilitator, Miki now helps people unlock their creativity through The Artist's Way, offering guidance and fostering community in supportive group settings.
