Zoe Poluck is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and founder of Zone Tone. Growing up as a gymnast and dancer, Zoe understood the importance of keeping the body strong, active and healthy. She teaches clients how to look after their bodies through movement, strength building, stability in routine and consistency.
