Mimouna is a cornerstone of the Maghrebi Jewish Calendar, celebrated all over the globe, and this year, you're all invited.
The night is traditionally when Jewish Moroccans buy back their flour at the end of Pesach, which is an excellent excuse to invite all their neighbours; Muslim, Berber and Jewish, to eat together, share stories and celebrate.
Throughout the evening, you’ll have the chance to meet new people as you cook together, led by our expert chef, Fabienne Viner-Luzzato. While you’re enjoying your freshly cooked meal, you’ll also get to listen to live music and co-create a piece of art with poet and visual artist Sophie Herxheimer.
So whether you're a seasoned Mimouna-maker or you've never even tried, come along -and bring your neighbours!
Food will be served at sunset (around 8pm) to mark Iftar time for our Muslim guests observing Ramadan.
