The Jewish community has been involved in the global chocolate trade for more than 500 years.
From the European discovery of cocoa beans, up to the present day, Jews have played a significant role and introduced chocolate to new countries.
Debbie Prinz, author of On The Chocolate Trail and Michael Leventhal, author of The Chocolate King and editor of Babka, Boulou & Blintzes, discuss the development of chocolate.
Michael will present from the JW3 building and Debbie will be presenting online from the States.
