Regarded as one of the greatest singers of the 20th century Peggy had a 60 year career introducing such hits songs as Fever, Is That All There Is, He’s A Tramp, Manana and many more. Her story is one of rags to riches, from humble beginnings in North Dakota to the glamour of Bel Air. Let’s remember this great vocalist in her centenary +1 year.
George McGhee has worked in the media for over 35 years, latterly at the BBC where he was responsible for all feature films and non-UK TV series. He is also a popular lecturer on major cruise ships. This session can be enjoyed online from home, or, for a strictly limited number of people, socially distanced in-person in JW3 - George’s sessions regularly sell out at JW3 so we're delighted to be able to offer them to a larger audience online.
